An Evening With John Louis

Venue: Kesgrave Social Club Tuesday, February 23rd, 7:30 – 10:30pm

Revisit the glory days of the 1970s when John “Tiger” Louis led the Ipswich Witches to numerous league & cup victories and the national team won the World Cup nearly every year…

We will be showing footage of the 1974 World Team Cup Final, the 1975 British Final and the 1976 World Pairs Championship.

Your compere for the evening is Kevin Long and he will be holding Q&A sessions with John throughout the evening.

Trophies, world cup medals, photos, programmes and other memorabilia from John’s riding career will be on display.

All the proceeds will go to the Shale Sponsorship Scheme that has been launched to help raise funds for the extensive track changes in progress at Foxhall Stadium.

Admission: £10 (this includes a 70s themed buffet)

Please note that admittance to this event is by ticket only as spaces are limited.
