Chris Harris Is 2010 British Champion

Chris Harris retained his British title in an incident-packed final at Wolverhampton last night. He was involved in two nasty looking crashes during the televised meeting but picked himself up from both and got the better of Scott Nicholls, Ben Barker and Danny King in the final.

Scott's second place has gained him the wildcard entry for the Cardiff GP on July 10th but he was clearly disappointed not to have regained the British title at the end of the meeting when interviewed by Chris Louis, for Sky Sports.

Danny just missed out on a rostrum place after having only qualified for the meeting in a race-off agaianst Richard Hall of Sheffield just before the main event got underway.

Olly Allen, along with several other riders, appeared to struggle with track conditions in the first half of the meeting - he finished on seven points.
