Test Match - Great Britain V Australia
TEST Match speedway is on the way back to Ipswich - with the mouthwatering prospect of Great Britain Under-25s against their Australian counterparts.
The one-off clash will be raced on Thursday October 15 and will feature some of the best youngsters in the sport.
Britain boss Rob Lyon will be looking towards members of this summer's World Cup squad including Ipswich favourite Danny King.
And Aussie chief Craig Boyce is likely to include Poole's newly qualified GP star Chris Holder and Kings Lynn's teenage sensation Darcy Ward.
Ipswich rider-manager Chris Louis said: "This has all the makings of a terrific meeting and as a club we are proud and honoured to be awarded a Test match.
